Recently, I had the honor of visiting Big Island, Hawaii. The experience was nothing short of mind-blowing.

This photograph was captured during a visit to the Island’s active Volcano, Kīlauea.

At some point around January 2007, I had the inspiration to make a series of Art pieces that were both aesthetically pleasing and completely functional, so they could be incorporated into everyday life. This desire led to create my “Table Project” (real clever title, huh?). It’s three years later, and I’m happy to say I’ve completed 20 tables like the one above. As the weeks go by I’ll talk more about the concept, the photographic content, and my Artistic process.  These tables are not for sale but if you like what you see, Message Me, and you can commission a custom piece of your own.
